Differentiate of islamic bank and conventional

CONVENTIONAL BANK VS ISLAMIC BANK

Let's understand the major differences between Islamic banking and conventional banking system. 

Islamic banking is an Ethical Banking System, and it's practices are based on Islamic (Shariah) laws. Interest is completely prohibited in Islamic banking. It is asset based financing, in which trade of elements prohibited by Islam are not allowed. For example, you cannot take a loan for a Wine Shop.

On the other hand, Conventional Banking is an Un-Ethical Banking system based on Man-Made Laws. Basically they earn their money by charging interest and fees for services unlike Islamic banking they earn their money by profit and loss sharing, trading, leasing, charging fees for charging rendered and using other sharia contracts of exchange.

When you first meet her you will probably thought she's kinda arrogant but once you get to know her, MAN YOU'RE WRONG!. She's the only one who's from SELANGOR, to be specific? she's from KLANG. There is our 4 teammates! i have fun fact! basically we're all  from a different group, but our lecturer said he wanted another 1 group. He said " i will pick the group based on the girls headscarf color".
All 4 of us without noticing we use the same color, which is BROWN! so this is how we became teammates! I think its kinda cute on how we became teammates.

Assalamualaikum... Today we would like to share how to use edpuzzle application. Edpuzzle application is an easy and effective way to deliver videos in the classroom. Video is no longer a passive experience, with Edpuzzle video comes to life with audio-notes and questions. An interactive an unique experience for you students. Make any video your leesson.

We was given a task by Mr. Fakhrulrazi to create an Edpuzzle about Bay' Al Inah explanation and the concept. 

Assalamulaikum, we are back for second presentation about BAY AL-INAH. we want to share this topic in more details. so we are prepared in power point and we use the template that our lecture gave. Actually, Bay Al-Inah is related with bai' Tawarruq but Bay Al-Inah is more about debting. It's not prohibitied by jurist especially Imam Syafi'e and Imam Hanbali. Now, we show to you guys our power point about Bay Al-Inah.

SALE OF UNDELIVERABLE GOODS

Assalamualaikum , hi guys , so today 7th January we continue our studies with our first time presentation in the classroom . Our topic of presentation is the sale of undeliverable goods that we had post at the recent blog . We are so glad that we doing well in our presentation . We prepared one quiz about our topic and they answered it well . However , we must to improve our level confident in front of audience because we are still not good in delivering description . Assalamualaikum and hi. on date 4/1/2019 at TECC, we have entered into chapter 2 (Contract Of Sale). we learn about :

• the contract of sale according to meaning, object and price.
• contracts in Muamalat.
• sale according to meaning.
• sale according to object
• sale according to price.
• the condition for validity of sales.

after completing the matter, we are given a presentation task using the Nearpod. Before, we use Nearpod our lecture ask us to use google drive to make power point.

and now we upload our power point to nearpod because our lecture ask us to present with nearpod.

after we finish the presentation, we ask our friends to answer the quiz we provide.

now we present the results of the quiz that have been carried out, as proof that we have done the assignment given.
