Assalamualaikum guys. we want to share with you guys about our last presentation about Bai Al Tawarruq is on chapter 3,sale based contracts. We were so nervous about this presentation because its a formal presentation! hehehehe . but its all good because we think did our best and there's not too many mistake . all is good

LEARNING ABOUT GOOGLE DRIVE

Assalamualaikum , so today we learn new skill to make a slide without using Microsoft . We use google drive which is have three name of google that students can be use to do assignment . First is google docs , that is similar like Microsoft word . Second is google sheets which is same like excel . Last but not least , google slides is similar like powerpoint . We use this google slides to make the assignment about the types of invalid sales . Then we transfer the slide to nearpod . Nearpod is one application that can be use to make a presentation in classroom . Besides , nearpod also can be use in laptop and iPhone only . The picture below show our team are focus with their work .

Assalamualaikum, and hi guys! Today is our day to present about HIWALAH. At these day, the presentation assessment score was taken by our lecturer, Encik Fakrurrazi.

Supportive Based Contract

Assalamualaikum and greetings to everyone,

on the date 4th March 2019 we were given task to do which is presentation by group for our carry marks.

So, during our class has reached the last topic which is about Supportive Based Contract. Therefore, sir decided to make a presentation by group. Then , to make it smooth sir using apps Random Generator to make it fair . Hence, our group received this topic about Ujr and Qardhul Hassan. However, this is the last presentation in this Semester.

we discussing the topic among ourselves and we distributing the topic Ujr to Firdaus , Qamarinna and Zahidah and Qardhul Hassan to Zulaikha and Nurina .

thinking about how we are going to present either using Powerpoint or Nearpod . So we decided to use powerpoint because it easier and bigger .

Our next topic for the presentation!

This time we were told to use Premium Templates to edit our slides. Each of us are required to pay RM10 for the slides which is affordable and there are various types of template and they are so many interesting templates too.

Then we proceed by choosing the template we wanna use and we choosed watercolour template which is a very colourful templates. It took us about two weeks to finish up editing the slides and prepare for the presentation. Each of us also were given different task to make the whole presentation works done in time.

PRESENTATION DAY

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone, so yesterday friday (25th January 2019) we had a presentation for chapter 3: Sale Based Contract. The topic we had to present was The contract of differed payment sale: Bay' Bithaman Ajil (BBA). The topic was given a week earlier so that we could prepare for our slide and presentation because the presentation will be give a mark and it is also an individual mark. We were the second group to present and i think it went well as the lecturer had nothing to add based on our presentation but when we were asked about "what happened when the house the customer received isn't in a good condition? who to blame?" by our classmates, our member Firdaus calmly answered the question but it was wrong and we do admit we are still lacking in answering a question regarding the topic which is absolutely normal as we can learn through it.

Nearpod

We had been introduced with nearpod by our lecturer, nearpod basically is an application that you can learn through mobile phone. Nearpod basically ease the student's work because nearpod consist of slide provided by the lecturer and even a students can edit their own.

Some people thought that students might being using the mobile phone in the wrong way as in playing with their social media during the lesson but overall the nearpod is being controlled by lecturer and only the lecturer can control the whole slide and they even know how many students involve in the learning. So through that everyone must have participated in the learning as well.

As you can see we have presented the slide to the class using nerpod and we are the first group to present our topic which was invalid sales: sales of non-existent object. There are seven kind of sales of non-existent object. Then we proceeded to the quiz:

And this is the result of the quiz we had, basically 99% of the class participated in the quiz as 1% couldn't participate because her cell phone has a problem with it but we must get through it. In the report 76% of the students managed to get the right answers while 24% of them got the wrong asnwers.

So this is our group's member and our group being formed based on birthday month. The idea of creating this group was our lecturer idea. He told us to gather around the class based on our birthday month and as you can see each of us was born in different months! In a hope that we you were in a different months, every each of us have different kind of characters in ourselves.

EDPUZZLE

EdPuzzle is the perfect tool for allowing students to watch and engage with videos while the teachers gathers data throughout the lesson.As teachers dabble into the flipped classroom philosophy,EdPuzzle is the perfect enchancement tool for vedieos to be watched at home instead of eating up valuable class time.We can also take some videos from YouTube, Learn Zillion and other application that contain videos .Before we update the video to EdPuzzle ,we can crop the video to remove oer shorten the video to be an appropriate lenght for the lesson we are learning . We can also add some quiz for the class after they finish watch our video lessons.

Once the video is uploaded the feature are simple and very easy to use. We can enchance our videos with just a few simple touches or embed many question and voicers throughout the video.If you are searching apps to edit video lessons ,we recommand you guys to download and use this apps!

NEARPOD

NEARPOD is application that enable teachers and students to make class sessions much more interactive. Nearpod was introduced by Sir Fakhrul during our class.This app is interactive presentation and assessment tool that can be used to amazing effect in the classroom.We also can create presentation that can add activity such as open ended question , matching pairs,quiz , draw it, collaborate,poll and fill in the blanks questions.

NEARPOD is an application that makes it easy for students to present easily . This applications also usage is very cost - effective as it only requires cell phone during presentation season.

This is way to use nearpod:

1) Click on create your own lesson

2) If you want to upload image or presentation , click on upload files and select local files

3) if want add any of activity ,click on add content or activity for more interactive presentation.

GOOGLE SLIDES

Google slide is much more compatible than powerpoint.This application was introduce by our lecturer,sir Fakhrul.Users can import an export grafic,text format,PDF's and even power point presentation without hassle.They can also publish their creations to the internet quickly and easily.Power point's meager compatibility options pale in comparison.Beside that ,this app also exteamly easy to use.

Additionally,because the presentation are in the cloud and associated with a google account , users and owners of google slide can access them at any computer without having to carry around a flash drive.also, a revision history is kept with allows editors to access any version of the presentation in the past and also keeps a log of who made which edit.lastly google slide converted to different format such as power point or pdf and are also able to edit power point presentation.

ISLAMIC BANKING is banking or financing activity that complies with shariah or Islamic Law and its practical application through the development of Islamic Economics.Some of modes Islamic Banking include Mudharabah ,Wadiah,Musharakah,Murabahah and Ijarah.

While

CONVENTIONAL BANKING is banking legal with banking law. The return for Conventional banking is interest ,commission or fee.

ISLAMIC BANKING	CONVENTIONAL BANKING
1) It has become one of the service oriented function of the islamic banks to be a zakat collection centre and they also pay out their zakat.	1) Does not deal with zakat.
2) No provision to charge any extra money from the defaulters.	2) It can charge additional money in case of defaulters.
3) Can only guarantee deposits for deposit account ,Thus depositors are guaranteed repayment of their funds.	3) Has to guarantee all its deposits.
4) It aims at maximizing profit but subject to shariah and legislative restrictions.	4) It aims at maximizing profit with only legislative restrictions.
